What is DriverMatch.com?
We provide Team-Drivers with a searchable database of Co-Drivers. Co-Drivers sort through a database of drivers based on specific search criteria. Co-Drivers can communicate directly with each to help facilitate the team building process. The purpose of this service is to help Co-Drivers locate other compatible Co-Drivers. Compatible Co-Drivers can work together more effectively improving quality of life and improved income potential.  

Why is Co-Driver compatibility so important?
Everyone knows that road trips can be stressful! A Team Driver operation is basically a road trip that last for three weeks, non-stop, and in a very small living space. Co-Drivers are up at all times of the night and day make difficult logistical decisions involving lives, expensive freight, and equipment. It's not uncommon for drivers to have disagreements, which can hopefully be discussed and resolved. But, it helps tremendously if the Co-Drivers are like-minded. This greatly improves the chances that the Co-Drivers will be able to get along and work-out their differences. Distractions and personality conflicts can interfere with the Co-Drives ability to operate a successful team operation. Not only will this have a direct impact on the Co-Drivers income, but it can increase the risk of accidents. We aim to improve the team driver experience.

How does DriverMatch.com work?
We utilize the latest Internet technology to provide Co-Drivers with the tools they need to locate and communicate with each other. A Co-Drivers real name and identity is kept hidden by using "Nicknames" and internal email handlers. Co-Drivers can choose to allow certain direct contact information to be viewable to other Co-Drivers. Co-Drivers can communicate with each other using the internal email system, direct contact, and instant messaging service provided. Certain advance communication service require upgraded or paid services. We do not or will share Co-Driver profile information with any third parties without prior consent.
